To override web page setting for all web pages select tools from the toolbar, click on Options, from the pop up box click on the Content tab, half way down you will see fonts & colours to change test size click advanced and set font face and font size as default, click ok, beneath the advanced select your choice of colours for background and text and also a different colour for pages you have already visited.

Opera toolbar imageUsing Opera: Select View in the Opera tool bar , from drop down menu select Zoom, from the flyout window select size as a percentage, to reset press CTRL and O, this will increase the size of everything on the web page there is no way to increase the size of text only.

How to zoom using Opera imageTo overide web page setting for all web pages select View, Select Style from the drop down menu, from the fly out menu select User Mode this allows you to turn articles on the web page off such as Images and hyperlinks, you can also insert your own style sheet by clicking Manage Modes and navigating to your own stylesheet or choose from one of the presets available.
